Technical information
The ZAPAK ZP97 handheld device, powered by a rechargeable battery, offers practical features such as adjustable strap tensioning, automatic strap tightening and friction welding, and strap cutting (no metal seals required). The control panel on the protective cover includes controls for adjusting tension force, welding time, and a battery charge indicator. Its ergonomic design and lightweight construction reduce manual effort. Adjustable front and rear strap guides ensure perfect alignment for welding. The strap insertion process is single-step. Consumable parts, such as the tensioning wheel, bottom strap clamp, and strap-cutting blade, are easily replaceable.

The ZAPAK ZP97 is suitable for use in both small and large operations, for packaging various types of goods of any size, as well as for palletized goods.
