The EKOPACK 40H hydraulic baling press is a new addition to our product range. As the "younger sibling" of the EKOPACK 80, it features a single fixed chamber that compresses separated waste (such as paper, cardboard, films, plastics, PET bottles, or beverage cans) into a neat bale with a pressing force of 4 tons, bound with a PES strap. With its design, dimensions, and features, the EKOPACK 40H is ideal for use in recycling centers, supermarkets, or warehouses.

Technical details
The EKOPACK 40H hydraulic press is made from high-quality steel material with a simple design consisting of a pressing chamber with a pressing head and split front doors. The upper part of the doors is used for inserting separated waste, while the lower part is for removing the already compacted bale and fitting a new binding strap*. A key advantage is the option to select an automatic pre-pressing cycle, which significantly reduces the time required to operate the press. The control panel is simple and user-friendly, with four buttons: the main switch, emergency stop, ram movement control (up/down), and the pressing or pre-pressing cycle button.
*For easier removal of the bale and its subsequent handling, we recommend ordering a handling cart, commonly known as a hand truck, along with the press.
APPLICATION
The design, dimensions, and features of the EKOPACK 40H hydraulic baling press make it suitable for use in small, medium, and large facilities involved in the ecological processing of separated waste. By compressing waste to a fraction of its original volume, operators can save not only on waste disposal costs but also on storage space.
